They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

The only problem I ever encounter at this office is the receptionist. She can be extremely rude.
