Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
Yes, I had to wait quite a while
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Dr Perrone showed me some things about my meds that I did not know. Very pleasant and thorough. He also explained the reason for the ineffectiveness of some generic meds.
