They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
