Dr. McMullen is wonderful- kind, compassionate, and takes time with his patients. His nursing staff is also exceptional. Unfortunately, his receptionist is just plain cranky, and I dread calling the office because I'll have to talk with her. In fact, it's gotten so bad I'm thinking of switching providers just on this basis, which is a shame.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
No, I don't think so

Absolutely!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
