Gives a gentle, concerned first impression, but when questioned becomes prideful, gets irritated at patient. Dr McMullen refuses tests and referrals which Excellus says I have a right to receive, writes excessive prescriptions, demands obedience without questioning "I'm your doctor- do what I say".

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
