The office wait is acceptable but just a tad long sometimes. Staff is so-so, not friendly but not unfriendly. The Dr never rushes me out of the exam room and always answers every question I have. The only complaint is that he NEVER returns phone calls. His nurse is always the one to return calls. That's a fairly big negative, in my opinion. Other than that, I consider him to be a very good doc. On the scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, I'd rate him a 7.5, mostly because he won't call his patients.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
