I can't say enough great things about Dr. Tack or his staff. I felt relaxed and well taken care of during my visit. This actually was my first visit since moving to Longview from San Francisco. Jeff not only went into great detail about my condition and current eye medication I'm on, but he actually taught me a few things about the optic nerve in the eye (much more than I ever got in an Anatomy and Physiology class in college).

I highly recommend this doctor and the practice. I never thought I would be able to find a good optometrist to meet my needs, but I did! I sure wish I would have moved up here sooner. In my book, Jeff or his staff couldn't have been any better.

No, the staff was very mistreated

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Did this optometrist seem knowledgeable about different types of contacts?
Definitely, she/he seemed very knowledgeable about all different types of contacts
