Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. If you ever need a new pair of glasses you must check out this optometrist's practice. They carry a huge selection of designer frames and will definitely have something you will like. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was quick and pain-free. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
