I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. I was at the office for 1-1/2 hours: fifteen minutes with the technician, 15 minutes for my eyes to dilate, and five minutes with the doctor. The other hour was just sitting and waiting. I had planned for an hour, but the extra wait time made me late for my next appointment. Others in the office were waiting as long and the patients in the waiting room were all grumbling about how long the wait. Another friend goes to this office and had the same experience, so it sounds like it is an on-going and expected problem. The office was easy enough to find. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed.
