In all due respect - Paul Yoh Od - requires a dose of "charisma" and a greater affinity to devote the time between stages of the eye examination as well as to make clear that the patient understands and confirms the question without duress at each stage of the examination and in a manner appropriate to best define the visual perception at various stages of the examination rather than to rush the patient to respond possibly leading to inaccurate or less than desirable diagnosis and by extension what remedy or in our case Prescription Glasses may be required. The result was not favorable and in my view and without prejudice, I would never recommend "Paul Yoh -Od -". This said, I do appreciate the customer service not only by the staff in Palm Springs but - subsequent to a specialized test at your Rancho Mirage office -, by said staff and generally speaking by the Milauskas Eye Institute to be of value.
