Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I do not have much experience with eye drs. - I have only been to three. But this one is by far the friendliest. My daughter was too intimidated by the others we tried, but she loves going to see Kristi and her staff!
