RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I got chased out of there with torches practically because I simply asked a question. They are very confrontational and you are to bite your lip and say NOTHING while you get talked down to. I should have headed the warnings of friends but against my better judgement I went with them anyway. They messed up on two separate eye orders. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but the second was just plain lack of communication on their part and empty promises. Over priced; don't give you what you pay for and if you complain they ask you to leave.

Based on my experience, I would never recommend them to my friends or family. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They have the attitude that they are better than you. They don't return phone calls and decide if you need to see them you can't even change an appointment easily and if you complain they will never let you come back, which is fine with me

I have a degenerative eye disease and chose Dr. Duff on the basis of his knowledge of this disease. It proved to be a wise choice! He has had to pass me on to the surgeon, but he is still my regular eye care provider. A wonderful, gentle man who is willing to listen and take care of the individual! His staff is friendly and helpful, too. Wonderful!!
