Had eyes examined and then took new RX to Eyemart Express next door. Picked up glasses and could not see ANYTHING clearly. Eyemart suggested I have Chang recheck to see if rx needed to be reduced. When I called Chang's office, and told them I needed a re-check, they made it extremely difficult to find a time to see me. In other words... they don't care to stand behind their work.

Quick walk in for glasses and contacts exam. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with excellent personal skills.
The office was the typical small front large exam area but even on a Saturday the front never felt too crowded like most Optometrist offices. I was a walk in and even the appointments that were waiting were gone before I left. He seemed to have a steady stream of both walk in's and appointment holders yet I did not feel rushed or impatient. I highly recommend Dr Chang's business and services because I felt very confident in the contacts I was fitted for and the glasses I have yet to get.

I was so pleased with the warm reception I got here-everyone is so friendly! I really enjoyed my visit. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and modern. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I have already sent people there. I would recommend them to anyone in need of eye care.! They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I had to go back repeatedly for help to learn to put in my contacts. I was helped promptly every time I dropped in. And cheerfully given suggestions and lessons and tips. The doctor has a great sense of humor and had unwavering confidence in me, more than I had in myself. If only all medical professionals could be like him!
