They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. i went there for glasses and exam 6/20/11. by August 1 lens had fallen out i put it back in and it fell out again in October and a nose guard had fallen off. I called thurs October 6 and got no return call. I called again Friday and was told Sharon had forgotten to call me back.I asked her about the warranty on thier eyeglasses and she told me they dont have any warranty also if id have payed extra instead of just getting the cheap glasses ($380) that medicaid paid for it wouldnt have happened. She told me to get medicaid to pay again i told her thats fraud the glasses were defective they wont pay twice for same thing I filed a complaint with the BBB and am suing Dr Cook.
