Dr. Jacob was my Optometrist for many years before I moved to Florida in 2000. Am now back in MO and was so happy to find him again in Warrenton. I trust my eyes to his care.

My family and I have gone to Dr. Jacobs for more than 15 years. He is wonderful. Takes his time and answers your questions. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
