The office manager treated me like a second class citizen. She was disrespectful and accused me of lying. They fixed me the wrong pair of frames when I told her she said they didn't have the ones I picked out. Suggested I was trying to get a more expensive pair from another rack that I did not look at. Said out loud that I didn't want the less expensive ones that the Lions club paid for. She was hateful and very rude. The other staff members were polite and the dr was very nice.
