The Dr I saw was great. He was personable and engaging. The front reception staff was cold and just short of rude. Especially the heavy female to the left of me when I was at the counter.

They are amazing! The staff is always sweet and super helpful. The doctors are knowledgeable, friendly, and truly caring. I feel like I am being seen by friends when I come in. I have never felt rushed when trying to make a glasses selection, and I have always received help when I am torn between different pairs. I will always come to see them for eye exams. I am a patient for life.

Love their NEW location on Market Street in Dayton! They have the best selection of glasses frames and sunglasses frames. The new office when you walk in looks like you are in North Shore or downtown Chattanooga. Amazing. Thank you!

I had scheduled my appt three weeks in advanced! THREE WEEKS! and they did not have me written down in their books. would NOT recommend!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely, the'll fix them right in front of you. No waiting necessary!

Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

No, the optometrist had very advanced equipment for a pain free experience
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
Yes, I was completely at ease
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
Absolutely, they were an expert!
