Terrible. Took over 3 months to get my contacts they charged me $250 for a fitting I didn't even get fitted for. Contacts didn't even come in a box and perscription bottle like they did at other offices they gave them to me in a contact holder. Terrible service. Dr Henry took my old perscription ans entered it into their system so two months later when I called to check the status of my order they said they didn't have my perscription. If thats true why didn't they call me within those two months? Can't stress enough how disappointed I am and over charged for low class service.
