They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

Not at all, it was completely inaccurate and my vision was screwed up for weeks

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
