Their staff is very friendly and professional. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I'm really excited to tell my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

Needs to evaluate his policies and staff. My elderly mother purchased new glasses and frames that broke within 3 months. Because she can't drive, I called and asked what do we do. They said no app't necessary, just come in when you can with the glasses. So, I could not get there for almost 2 more months, and Mom wore her old glasses. She told them she wanted the frames replaced because they hurt her, and must not be of the $275 quality she purchased or they would not have broken in 3 months time. She wanted her lenses put in her old frames. They said they can't do that. They can fix the new ones, but that was all. The lady, with her heavy southern "sweetie" way of talking, then took her broken out lense in one hand the frame in the other, and dropped the lense, causing it to slide across the tiled floor till it stopped at the wall. I told her "I guess you're just going to pick up that scratched lense, walk back and fix that too, and make her wear that too huh?" She kept her back to me and walked away. So, now my Mom has no choice or recourse, but to get a new doctor and wear her scratched lenses and hurting and easily breakable frames, until she can afford another $350 dollars.

Just be careful how sweet talking they are, just be careful to get everything in writing, cause they won't back up their work or quality of sales, and apparently have no problem ripping off older people.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
