Have known Dr. j? fAzzine for 25 years. Very honorable, knowledgable,and personal doctor. He is friendly and makes you feel comfortable as well as explains options and situations that need to be addressed. The staff is very kind and all aid in helping with glasses' choice. Everyone is personable and professional. Glasses are ready in much less than indicated, usually within a week. Office and waiting room is updated , neat and clean and stocked with lots of eyeglass options. I would highly recommend Dr. Fazzini's practice in all respects.

Dr. Fazzini is great and a very good doctor but his front desk woman (in her 60's or so) is the rudest woman I have ever dealt with at a medical office. She never smiles and is always rude without any provocation. It seems as though she hates her job. I hate dealing with her when I go in to get contacts or glasses.

Patient for 20+ years, plus 3 children of mine. They have gone downhill fast. Dr F is okay, but receptionist is aweful. Told me if I got my daughters prescript filled in her current frames instead of buying a new pair it voids the warranty. Not true. I asked to order a pair of popular name brand frames since they didn't have them, she said no because patients change their minds and won't pay. I said I'd prepay, she said no. I asked if they would fill the script in a pair I get elsewhere, she said "they really don't like to do that". Don't like to do that??! Came back a week later, low and behold they had EIGHT pairs of the frames I wanted in asst colors! She either ordered them after I left and never bothered to tell me, or she had them on order before and never told me!
She once tried to upsell my 9 year old daughter a pair of 400$ Coach frames, saying they were the only ones that fit her. And they were UGLY! And 400$! Dr F will retire soon anyway. Go ANYWHERE else!

My eye exam was very expensive and not really worth it. Front desk "girl" was rude to say the least. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. Will not return.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
Could you buy glasses at your optometrist's practice?
Unfortunately I couldn't , I really needed a new pair too
