I was browsing for eyewear with the intent to purchase. The man who was there paid absolutely no attention to me. He did not offer assistance, and as I was looking for eyewear he opened a low cabinet to get some glasses out and left it open and the door was in my way. It was exactly where I was standing looking at glasses. However, the female assistant was kind and helpful. I was then satisfied with my visit. She suggested some other frames that were similar to what I was looking at and I found a pair that I liked. The office was easy enough to find. I basically went there because it is close to home. I try to support local establishments as much as possible.
Though my total experience turned out well, I almost left the office due to his behavior. they almost lost a sale...

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed.

I came in with my niece to look at some frames. I was told that someone would help me if I waited, because "this crew is going to lunch and the other crew will be back."

If a customer is not worth delaying someone's break for a few minutes, they must not need my money.
