They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Their eye equipment was state-of-the-art and really sophisticated. It's so much better than other optometrists I've been to. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. There is very rarely a long wait. However, I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive compared to other practices. I did not receive proper care or treatment. I was told one solution for a problem, yet when I continued coming in saying the problem was not going away, there were no other recommendations and no one advised me to make another appointment, nor was I informed of any other available treatment. When I called frustrated and ready to switch doctors, I was treated poorly and they talked to me like a four year old. I'd followed Dr. Malara from Lencrafters when he opened Malara eyecare to stay loyal. I was very disappointed that after twelves years of being a loyal patient and paying higher prices to stay with them, I was treated disrespectfully and expected to diagnose my own eye problems without any kind of alternative recommendation or informing me of any kind of treatment. When I called to switch doctors and get information for the new doctor, they were rude, sarcastic, uncaring and telling me I should have made aother appointment if the problem still existed, which I did and they did not have record of. I was told to treat it one way and after four or five more complaints that the problem was still persisting, no one cared to give me an alternative suggestion. I switched eye doctors and they began treating me for the actual problem the very first day.

They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

They provided me with a very accurate prescription for my glasses. My vision hadn't changed much since my last appointment at a different optometrist. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I wound up getting a GREAT pair of Coach Sunglasses on clearance for $129 (frame only) because the model had been discontinued. They're still COACH! It wound up only costing about $30 since my insurance covers up to $100 of frames and 100% of the prescription!
