The girls at the front desk weren't friendly at all! They were rude and extremely unpleasant . The one girl was annoyed to be helping me. When I asked her a question about my insurance, she looked at me as if I was stupid. I would not recommend this office at all. Will NOT be going back there again.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
