The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. My family has been with Dr. Ganz for 30 years!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

It seemed to be a fairly accurate prescription, but I'm still not seeing perfectly

I will absolutely return as I and my family have for the last 25 years! I had an amazing experience when we first visited, they were by far the best I've ever seen and we'll never change. They make every extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember every member of my family and make us all feel very important. Dr. Ganz is not only our eye Dr., but a friend for life!

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
