Will not go back. Took over a month to get my glasses and never called to say glasses is ready. Unfriendly environment. Will not recommend this at all!!!

She talked about herself and her own problems and barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Jennifer Flynn was boardline rude and a poor listener. The icing on the cake was her repeatedly saying "at your age" like I was some ancient person. I am 47. Maybe she was joking, or maybe it was her way of saying I appeared to be older ... I tried very hard to be extra friendly but she was in a bad mood it seemed.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The reception staff is friendly, warm and professional. I felt like my needs were met, but the Doctor came rushing in late and seemed frazzled throughout the beginning of the visit. She had a to go cup of coffee and looked tired and put out. She kept asking me to repeat things to her, giving the impression she was not listening, so I repeated everything in a very simplified way. She had her mind totally someplace else. After awhile she settled down and seemed really really nice. She smiled and was calmer for the second half of the visit. The office was very easy to locate. She was recommended, so I went out of my way to go to her office. There are plenty of places closer to my home.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
