This provider went out of her way to do an extra check when we advised that in addition to needing a prescription update, my child had recently suffered a concussion. She had a test that my kid failed, but 3 weeks later passed. It was a better and clearer test than the extraordinarily expensive and hard to see neurologist didn't even know about. We did not go back to the neurologist. We are happily returning to Dr. Vaystub (for glasses)!

I mailed to their office a form that I needed filled out. After waiting three weeks I called and inquired if the doctor had filled out the form. The receptionist claimed to have never received the form. In other words they lost it and used the lame excuse of never receiving it. Last time I deal with this kind of imcompetence.

Their eye equipment was modern and work environment was clean. It was so much better than other optometrists I've been to. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They are also flexible with appointments that fit your schedule. Highly recommend.
