I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were.I needed a refill on my thyroid medication and after a fax and then a call when I got to the pharmacy the receptionist was very rude (the same one that during my appointment talked on the phone to a friend gossiping the whole time)told me that "they haven't done it yet and will get around to it after they close" then I called back to talk to the office manager, I have never dealt with someone in that position who was so unprofessional and rude. The dr. was nice, but his whole staff is worthless. Not willing to help me at all. I will be switching. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD PATIENT CARE!!

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Dr. Saberinia is a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend him.

The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
