They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.
** Staff over at Arlington Office is rude, unfreindly and will ruin the dr's reputation**

The best Endocrin Doctor out of at least 7 i have seen in the military and private sector I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

I was not happy with my follow-up appointments because he kept telling me he would get to the root of the problem and for me not to worry. He never did, but kept wanting to take test and bill the insurance company at $800 a visit (I got a copy of the bill). That is insane for office visits that were more like consultations. At the end of each appointment he wanted to give me samples of viagra. I didn't go to him for that, I needed to find out why I had low T, low calcium and low vitamin D. He is friendly , I have to give him that. But, his office manager is a beast. She is rude, to where I felt like I was dealing with the soup nazi.

We (I & My wife) visited him on refrrral of our OBGY, needless to say the Dr was below professional and his office staff (Staff Manager in particular) have no sense of understanding and all of them are short in supply of common sense!! - They wanted us to travel 45 miles one way to get a prescreption based on the report - that is lame and retard, the office staff argue and wont let you talk to the Dr & they DO NOT have an option of a 'CALL BACK from the DOCTOR' - I will NEVER Recommend this doctor and I made sure our OBGY is aware of the hardship we faced with this DOCTOR and his OFFIC.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. What I liked about their waiting room was the comfortable chairs. I appreciated the thought they put into this aspect of their office. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was so incredibly happy with the extreme friendliness of this doctor. It's something I look for in health care providers and found it here.
