Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my friends or family. Their staff was had attitudes. they didn't go out of their way to make a New Patient feel comfortable. The office was very dirty looking, the charts were all squeezed into the cabinets like they were garbage. the front desk girl, needs to go back to school. (seriously back to school). I was in the waiting area forever. finally, I was called and the girl with the dark hair and highlighted extension hair ends was a total Bitch. The wait time in the room 20 min (again). 2 weeks later still no doctor call back, after leaving a few messages. It was very frustrating.
Had to look for another Endocrinologist that actually cares.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
