Many years ago he treated me for Thyroid. Lab work now indicates there is a problem again. I will definitely go to him again. Very good Dr.

This amazing man saved my life!! Under Dr Artz's care I have survived Thyroid cancer. I have complete faith in his ability and would reccommend him to anyone in need of an Endocrinologist.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. He failed to address any of my symptoms citing labwork (my thryoid tends to like a lower TSH than other people) showed I wasn't experiencing hypothryoid symptoms, even though my antibodies were definitely elevated. He did not ask if I needed any refills on my thyroid medications, either. Overall, my experience of Dr. Artz was that he was dismissive. I have received a bill for my labwork, but no call or letter notifying me of the results. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless and will be trying to find a doctor who will spend at least 10 minutes with me, answers my questions, and gives me needed refills. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I wish I had known this would be my experience as I would not have driven an hour to see him, otherwise.
