Doctor is purely business oriented, no concerns about patients or answer the messages. I waited for 45 min to get a copy of my results from the test. I had to leave w/o getting anywhere, also I left the note to the doctor,she did not care to respond to me. At my second visit, I was totally disappointed to realize that doctor only cares getting me back in 6 months as a repeated business but not about my overall wellness. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. In addition, I did not have my ATM debit card on me, but offered to pay by check. Dr. Verma suggested that I go to the bank to withdraw the money for my co-pay. I explained that I had to return to work, but would either bring the money back later on that day or the following day. I also suggested that they send me a bill (as most doctor's do), but they told me that I would be charged $50 for the visit if I didn't pay up front. She said that she could not see me until I made the payment. At that point, I asked for the results for my blood test so I could go to another doctor. At first, they were not going to give me my results. They finally gave them to me, but told me that I would be billed for the appointment as a "no show."

This proved to me that this doctor does not care about her patients, and only cares about the bottom line, which is the money. I have been going to her for almost 2 years, and considering that I have a pretty serious thyroid condition, I would have expected that she would take the time to see me, rather than turn me away. I have never visited a doctor who refused to see a patient. Dr. Verma and her staff's level of professionalism was at an all time low and I do not recommend for anyone to go to this office. They do not make you feel comfortable and obviously do not care about anything but the money.

Staff are not cooperative and helpful to patients as regards to gving appoitments and I was wondering if you delay diabetic patient gving appoitment for a month then I wonder How are you going to help continuity of care

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't have to wait long after I arrived for my appointment. They were running very close to on time, which is a really big deal for me. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
