Never again will I step foot in this office! First off the lobby is packed with people and dirty, that should have been my clue to get out. I waited an hour pass my appointment time for my name to be called. I go into the exam room to find a filthy exam tray with a full SYRINGE left on it. Who knows how long it had been there and what was in it! Gross me out! Then and there I decided that the doc was not going to put a single instrument anywhere near my body. He came in with a nurse, was in the room literally less than five minutes, and left I without either one noticing the needle or saying anything about the condition the room was in. I'm thankful to get out of there without contracting a disease! I would give negative stars if I could. I'm on hold with the Department of Health to report them right now!

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
