I go to Dr. Elbaum because of his education at Stanford and his many years of experience. He is friendly and helpful. On the negative side, the waiting room has a television that is on, so you have to listen to some banal show like the Price is Right. But I suppose most people in the waiting room would want the TV on.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Some of my questions were answered during the appointment, but not all. I still feel like I need to know more. I didnt like the fact that my appointment was scheduled at 4:30 and had to wait almost 1 1/2 hrs to be seen. Waiting room is small and it was crowded.
