Have a hard time with office and making appointments and asking for Medical records .and get conflicting statements about contacting VA for medical appointments and approval for surgery .Doctor does a great job but office staff rate them zero . have to call them a lot about making appointments and setting one up and Surgery .

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Gross. He is a true professional, in that he is pragmatic, concise, succinct when he speaks and you can tell that he really is interested in helping his patients. How he does he do it, I mean he has offices throughout several western states! Obviously, he cares for people or wouldn't see so many people in so many areas. It always takes a while to get an appointment with any dermatologist and he is so worth the wait. On top of it all, his integrity Is unimpeachable!

Have been to see Shannon several times. She's awesome. Trying to get staff to return calls is a joke. They don't even open the office on time. Did not apologize for being over 25 minutes late. I've attempted to call the CA office and to report the staff behavior here and get no response.

The front office staff is incredibly rude. I called to get information on a glycolic peel and the front desk lady Sarah was rude. I won't even give this place a try now.

My family and I have all used this office for our skin problems but all choose to go with the assistant working at the time rather than Dr. Gross himself. This is because he never really listens to what you're issue is. I was in there for not even 2 minutes and he had already written perscriptions and was out the door and I never even said more than 5 words. He acts like he has somewhere else to be and couldn't care less about what's going on with you.

Shannon Peck is a great dermatologist. But the front office lady was rude and put me on hold 3 times in mid conversation, I think she hates her job.

Office staff incredibly rude and unprofessional. Each time I called for an appointment, I felt as if I was inconveniencing them. Not friendly at all/downright rude, hanging up on me a few times without so much as a "goodbye". P.A. not much better, lacking bedside manner. We have since moved to another doctor in another town, as this is the only dermatologist in Elko, unfortunately. I will tell friends and family to avoid this office if they can!
