9-25-2018 I saw Dr Janice Moranz at Epiphany Derm.
She came in and looked me over fast and quick, scanning the skin.
She started throwing many strong medications at the issue.
When I asked her what it is I have she told me, "I don't know. Its puritis, that means itchy skin" then she proceeded to tell me "Once you are on the third tube then call in to set a new appointment to come in because we wont refill without seeing you first."
This “Dr” was going to start issuing strong medications at a skin issue she has no idea of what it is, if this will work, what is going on?! She is NOT going to find out what it is she is just going to throw meds at it and run out the door?!
I have had much better help over 6 years with this skin issues/skin sores from Nurse Practitioners and family practice MD's who at least had a diagnosis they could give me as to what they were treating for. It did not work but they were much more informative as to what they diagnose and why the treatment being given.
I AM FILING AGAINST JANICE MORANZ EPIPHANY DERMATOLOGY WITH NEW MEXICO BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS.

I went to Dr Moranz to have some skin lesions & moles checked. The exam was VERY quick-cursory comes to mind. I brought up my other skin concerns and they were dismissed as genetic with no solutions or suggestions. Not going back. Staff was much more pleasant.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Great Doctor, excellent service and very good at making you feels comfortable about skin problems. There is also no wait time and an excellent supporting staff. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Moranz is very thorough and very easy to talk to. The staff is very nice and always pleasant. I am very glad that I found Dr. Moranz!

They are rarely ever running late so my appointment time is always met and I never have to wait. The staff is very friendly in person and on the phone. I am very confident in their abilities and will keep using and recommending them.

Dr. Moranz is always kind and takes time with her patients to answer their questions! I have always had great results from her treatments and feel very confident in her abilities!

The office is always on time with my appointments, I that it really appreciated when you work as much as I do. I was pleased with the staff and I was surprised at the wide variety of services offered. Thank you!
