Dr. Kligman is very attentive and thorough. His staff is attentive. He doesn't overbook.
He runs close to schedule. His staff is good in answering phone calls.

The Doctor and his staff were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The doctor performed a thorough examination and performed a monor procedure quickly and painlessly.

They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.

I have left a message for a follow-up appointment in hopes that Dr. Kligman will perform an in depth review of my situation but I have not had much luck with getting a return phone call to setup an appointment. My breakouts are getting worse, leaving dark marks on my skin, and itching.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
