They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite.
