I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I have since changed to another provider. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance and I am concerned about privacy of my records. . When I told them about my situation, they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. Staff has changed a lot in the past 6 months, since my 1st visit. I thought the doctor was friendly enough. I was more concerned with the job being done.

They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. This person should not be practicing- their equipment is out of date and dangerous! I didn't trust it at all. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill.I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. ONLY CONCERNED WITH MONEY

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Yes, it was convenient

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
