There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. i QUESTION HIS LICENCE. HE YELLED AT ME DURING EXAM
