My visit was great I came early and did not have to wait but 20 minutes.
Even had a EKG in the office. Medicines called in to my pharmacy as the doctor worked on me. Easy referrals to other doctors. Took my insurance. Easy commute. M train and a few buses stop half a block away.
Labortary located 2 blocks down from office.

Staff needs to be trained on office procedures, answering phones and their knowledge of a doctor's office, holding time on the phones with this office is totally unprofessional, this alone makes me want to find another office. They need to concentrate on the patients waiting instead of talking about what they did the weekend.
