Their staff is friendly and professional; I felt welcome. I wasn't worried about their equipment in the least. It was safe and well taken care of. The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were above average. I was comfortable. I would recommend this doctor to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. I'm not entirely sure that they will but I sure hope this provider will stick with me to resolve my situation. Part of the negative review is that it is very hard to reach them by phone. I had severe palpitations and constant arrhythmia and have been calling since 8:30. It is now 12:25 and all I've gotten is a busy signal. Can't even leave a message.
