I had a 10:30 appointment and was askd to arrive 30 minutes early to do first-time paperwork. When I arrived around 10, I was asked to sign in and sit down. 30 minutes later when I inquired about the paperwork, it was given to me. It took less than ten minutes to complete, and return to the receptionist.

At 11:30, an hour after my scheduled appointment, I was shown to an examination room.

An HOUR after that, at 12:30 I left. The doctor was still in another room, and the staff didn't seem at all concerned that I had been there two and a half hours.

Two and a half hours waiting there for nothing. I called my primary doctor and requested a referral to another cardiologist. I'm considering the futility of billing them for the time lost from work to sit in their lobby.
