If I had listened to Dr Rosenbaum’s assistant (not a Dr), I would likely be dead now. I called Dr Rosenbaum's office in extreme distress. My pulse was racing between 168 and 189 bpm and I felt like I was dying. As usual, Dr Rosenbaum didn’t have time for me so he had his assistant call me. I reported my symptoms and faxed her an ECG I had taken using my personal ECG mobile device. Her response was to call in a couple of days worth of water pills. The Dr refused to see me, so I called my primary Dr. He examined me and urged me to go to the ER where he would have me admitted. He told me “If we don’t get that heart rate down quickly, something very bad will happen.”. This all followed a failed cardioversion the previous week with me calling the office several times, including a weekend call which the on-call Doctor, Dr Kloostermam, just decided not to return, even after a second call. With 4 doctors, it seemed they just didn’t care if I lived or died.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I could tell that they took some pride in their office's appearance, a little dated. The staff was aloof and disinterested in the doctor keeping is appointments on time, a little too argumentative, they didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Never saw the doctor after over an hour past appt. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
