There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
