I waited 1.5 hours before seeing the doctor! The office staff was unprofessonal and uncaring, When I asked what the delay was, I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. The physician gave me a rehearsed (I'd heard the same thing verbatim at a visit previous to this one) response. I was FRUSTRATED that very few of my concerns were addressed. After 8 minutes with the physician, I was told to schedule some tests. Wow, I could have handled the WHOLE appointment by PHONE! I was quite clear in expressing my dissatisfaction and was told that the "office manager" would contact me (didn't happen) to address my concerns. If you want CARE...don't go HERE!
