I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The staff here really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Every time I go they seem so happy to see me! The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

The office was easy enough to find. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dickens for several years and feel that Dr. Dickens and her staff really value my health and happiness. The staff here really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Every time I go they seem so happy to see me! They have some of the best patient care/service I have ever experienced. Putting the patients first is definitely a priority here and it shows. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I remain very impressed.
