Dr. Johnson was very nice, it was the staff that was very rude. The lady at the front desk has a serious attitude problem. When I called her on her behavior she just walked away.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I was very disappointed. The doctor is great but his staff is horrible. Front office insisted my wife pay up front because of insurance stuff. Never had to do this anywhere else. Turns out the allergist had to refund us all of the money. No apology. Did a scratch test on my 8 year old. He cried during it and staffer had no sympathy. Then she screwed up the results, nullifying them and making us do it again. No apology, no phone call to tell us it went bad, made us show up to find out, and had to wait three more weeks for another scratch test. Like previous reviewer we told the doctor but he did nothing about it. He needs to fire the whole staff and start over with people who are polite and competent.

The staff here is terrible. When I brought it to the Dr's attention, he didn't so much as offer an apology for his staff continual rudeness. At that point we fired him.
