There are many doctors at this practice, but The office manager, Kathy was so rude and unprofessional. After knowing that I had a disability, after I reluctantly had to explain why I missed appointments, she continued to be insensitive, loud and extremely condescending. In addition, very harshly told me that " they could not have me as a patient here". This woman needs some customer service training and the doctors at this practice need to know how they are being represented. I would NOT recommend this practice. I really taken back with the treatment I received. I am a professional and would not give this office any stars due to poor office manager behavior.

Doctor was wonderful, office staff messed up insurance 3 times after calling them for months. Billing manager was rude and unprofessional!!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

No. I still haven't talked to them.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
