I was send to Dr. Grabow for injections on my back(herniated disc with pinch nerve). I met him the day of the procedure, he was right to the point, cold and distant, hardly acknowledge I was there, didn't look at me just he's notes, after 3 injections I never saw him in the office, my case was manage by a nurse practitioner that works there. After a year I had to have a proper evaluation and was the worst, he made me do a urine sample for a drug test and I was on my menstruation day, I told it to the staff that was preparing everything and if it can do it by blood and he said no, I had to gave the sample twice (if you are a woman, you know how discussing it is)he did not care. My mom was there and she told him to help me to get better and he said it was not his problem, that she should have some help because it was evident that we are a depressant family (because she was crying) and on the report he said I was an addict(which I have never been). DON'T GO TO HIM, FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.

I was satisfied with both the doctor and how my visit went. Everything went according to plan. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
